Pacific Fitness Equipment strives to make shipping convenient and affordable for our customers. As a locally-owned fitness equipment company based in Las Vegas, we carry various high-quality commercial fitness equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, steppers, benches, and free weights. With three showrooms and an in-house service and delivery department, we take immense pride in our first-rate customer service. We provide shipping through several preferred shipping methods, including the U.S. Post Office (First Class and Priority Mail), UPS, and FedEx. All products featured in our online store may be shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. states unless otherwise specified. FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLE FOR QUALIFYING PURCHASES
All items over $499 qualify for free shipping, with a few exceptions: dumbbells, weight plates, commercial-strength equipment, and Woodway Treadmills. We are unable to ship items to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Many of our larger products cannot be shipped via the U.S. Post Office due to specified weight limits. Items weighing more than 120 pounds may be shipped via a common carrier truck. For larger, heavier items, your delivery address should be accessible to a semi-trailer for successful delivery. Due to working with outside carriers, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. All shipping dates given are approximate.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING OR DELIVERY CHARGES MAY APPLY
On occasion, some areas may be considered undeliverable or charge additional shipping fees beyond our control. Should an order be deemed undeliverable, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping charges both ways for any items returned to us. The customer is also responsible for paying any non-standard delivery services, including redelivery, inside delivery, change of delivery address, and more. Missed appointments with the carrier may also result in additional delivery charges. Should a customer decide to cancel or refuse delivery, there may be accrued charges due to the high costs of shipping heavy fitness equipment. However, orders may be canceled before shipment without any penalties. Pacific Fitness Equipment stands behind the high-quality products we sell. We offer refunds, returns, and exchanges within a specific timeframe if you’re ever unhappy with your purchase.
NOT IN THE U.S.? VIEW OUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Additional shipping fees apply to customers outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We have a minimum purchase requirement for all international orders. It is also the customer’s responsibility to research any applicable taxes or duties for shipments outside the United States when making shipping arrangements. We require prepayment for all international orders, using a credit card, wire transfer, or a U.S. or international money order. Please note that not all products can be shipped internationally.
DO YOU REQUIRE ASSISTANCE ASSEMBLING YOUR EQUIPMENT?
Should you require assistance assembling and setting up your new fitness equipment, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements. Additional charges may apply for special inside delivery and assembly services. We have in-house service technicians in the Las Vegas area, and we also work with several local service providers for customers not in our immediate service area. Should we not find a suitable local service provider near your delivery address, we will refund any assembly and installation charges. However, we may be able to assist you in your search for alternative arrangements.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED SHIPMENT?
It is the customer’s responsibility to note any damages before signing for shipment delivery. If the item has been shipped already assembled, please open the package with the carrier still present. Please contact us immediately if there is any damage to your fitness equipment. Because many parts are interchangeable, we may be able to replace damaged parts if noted properly at the time of delivery. If labor is required to change the part, we will make the necessary arrangements. Should you receive the wrong item, we will re-ship you the correct item at no additional charge. Undeliverable or refused shipments may result in a restocking fee of 20% of the item’s purchase price plus the cost of shipping.
