Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

There is a 3 day period for which the buyer can return the equipment for a full refund. If the equipment has been delivered and installed charges incurred are non-refundable and are the sale responsibility of the customer.

Special orders, which include all non-inventoried items, are to be paid in full at the time of ordering and are non-refundable. All sale items sold at a discount are final and non-refundable.

There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.

LONG DISTANCE RETURNS

All returns must be made within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order. Returns must have a RA (Return Authorization) code retained from Pacific Fitness, Inc. prior to shipping any products back. A 20% restock fee will be charged along with all return shipping costs. All returns must be in new condition along with all the owner's manuals,packaging materials and boxes. All special order, discounted or sale items are final. Deposits on special orders or layaway purchases are non-refundable. Thank you for your business.
